① The range of packaging specifications should not vary too much as far as possible. The greater the range difference, the accuracy error will increase accordingly. Measuring range refers to the distance between the minimum quantitative point and the maximum quantitative point. The scientific range is that the minimum range is greater than or equal to 10% of the maximum range, that is, the maximum range point is 10 times of the minimum range. Relatively speaking, the quantitative packaging scale has the highest measurement accuracy when working in the maximum range and the lowest measurement accuracy when working in the minimum range. Therefore, when purchasing products, try to close the weighing value of the quantitative packaging scale to the maximum range. Only in this way can your equipment be fast and accurate in operation.
② Premix can only be weighed by inclined auger without scale bucket. If there are material requirements, requirements shall be put forward.
③ When multiple quantitative packaging scales are installed in one place, two adjacent ones shall not be installed on the same steel frame platform, and the middle shall be separated. There must be enough space around for operation and maintenance. The installation must ensure that the scale body has no shaking or obvious vibration during operation, so as to ensure the accuracy of measurement. The scale body shall be installed horizontally with sufficient strength and good protective grounding.
④ The installation of sewing bag column and finished product conveyor shall be leveled, which can be fastened with embedded anchor screws or expansion bolts, and the bag clamping center must coincide with the longitudinal center line of the conveyor. The bag clamping mechanism of quantitative packaging scale clamps the packaging bag, and the gap between the lower end of the packaging bag and the conveyor belt should not be too large, generally 5 ~ 10cm.
⑤ There shall be no other force transmission channel between the scale bucket and the scale frame except through the sensor, and the scale bucket and the scale frame shall not be in contact.
⑥ In order to ensure the weighing accuracy, on the premise that the silo has a certain storage capacity, a secondary buffer bucket with a capacity of about 5 ~ 8 bags shall be set between the feed inlet and the silo. Manual gates are used at the feeding ports of the silo and the secondary buffer bucket, the buffer bucket and the quantitative packaging scale to adjust the flow, which is also convenient for the maintenance of the quantitative packaging scale. When the gate is closed, the materials in the silo or buffer bucket can not flow down. It is recommended that the user set the blanking bypass pipe to facilitate the maintenance of the equipment, and the flange joints should be sealed with rubber strips.
⑦ In order to ensure the performance of computer quantitative packaging scale, it is better to provide us with the main characteristics of materials such as specific volume (T / m3), particle size or mesh number of powder and fluidity, so as to better provide customers with quantitative packaging equipment with superior performance.
