1、 Lubrication. The equipment maintenance personnel shall regularly fill the gear mesh, bearing oiler, seat and moving parts of the powder packaging machine with oil for lubrication. The reducer cannot work without oil. When filling the lubricating oil, please be careful not to put the oil tank on the rotating belt to avoid the belt slipping, loss or premature aging.
2、 Be sure to check whether it is loose during use, otherwise it may affect the normal remote rotation of the whole machine. Pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, anti-corrosion and mouse of the electrical part, and ensure that the electric control box and wiring terminal are clean to prevent electrical failure. After closing, the two hot rod bodies shall be in the open position to prevent scalding.
3、 Cleaning. Generally, the measuring part shall be cleaned in time after shutdown, and the hot rod body shall be cleaned frequently to ensure that the sealed pipeline of packaged products is clear. The scattered materials shall be cleaned in time to facilitate the cleaning of parts and components, so as to better prolong the service life. At the same time, the dust in the electrical control box shall be cleaned frequently to prevent electrical faults such as short circuit and poor contact.
