The solenoid valves mainly include the feeding butterfly valve, the exhaust butterfly valve, the slow discharge valve, the air make-up valve, the back blowing valve, the fast discharge valve, the bag clamping valve and the bag turning valve, which mainly play the role of regulating the action of the butterfly valve and the air cylinder.
Secondly, the electric valve in the packaging scale system is also an important component. In the electric valve, it can also be divided into fluidizing valve and exhaust valve, mainly used to control the connection and interruption of fluidizing gas source. As for the level meter, it is a normally open contact. When the material in the fluidization bin reaches a certain height, the corresponding relay is powered on and output to the PLC. In addition, the switch of bag clamping travel belongs to passive contact, which generally sends pulse signal to PLC after touching.
In the packaging scale, an indispensable part is the weighing part. Now we mainly use the weighing instrument, which includes 8 input points and 12 output points to complete the logic control. Normally, the sensor interface is connected with the load cell to complete the processing of the weight parameters.
